These terms explain the rules for using Formulab Pro.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Formulab Pro, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply when you download or use Formulab Pro on iOS, Android, or Windows for personal or professional perfumery work.
2. Description of Service
Formulab Pro provides tools for managing fragrance materials and natural oils, creating and organizing formulas, performing formula analysis and comparisons, tracking restrictions such as IFRA limits, and exporting and importing data.
The app may allow users to fetch material information from an external database upon request.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, verifying regulatory, safety, and technical information independently before relying on it, and safeguarding exported files and backups.
4. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, structure, and functionality are the property of Formulab Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or regulatory consequences resulting from reliance on app data without independent verification.
6. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are platform-specific, managed and billed through the respective app store.
A subscription purchased on one platform may not transfer to another platform. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are shown and managed by the applicable store, including Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store.
Refunds and subscription management are subject to the policies of the relevant platform.
Availability and External Services
We work to keep Formulab Pro reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app or every feature will always be available or error-free. Some services may depend on Apple, Google, Microsoft, hosting, or other external services.
8. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
9. Supplier Information and External Stores
Supplier information, prices, availability, and product links are provided by independent suppliers. Formulab Pro is not the seller, supplier, manufacturer, carrier, payment processor, or contracting party for a supplier transaction.
You must verify the supplier, product, price, availability, safety, delivery, and terms before relying on the information or completing a transaction. Purchases, payment, delivery, warranties, returns, and disputes are governed by the supplier or external store. To the extent permitted by law, Formulab Pro is not responsible for supplier data, products, websites, delivery, payment, or disputes.
A Shopify store owner may revoke the connection by uninstalling the Formulab app from Shopify.
